I would come here again, loved the hotel. Fairly clean and pleasant place, has pleasant views of the garden.Its location is perfect & magnificent, just next door to the racecourse and town center, downtown, and 'the Brewery'.The units are new-fashioned, neat.The staff are helpful and extremely friendly, and the host too.

The accommodations are nicely set up with complimentary drinks, a television, a cozy bed, and friendly staff.

The guest house is a high quality and quiet place with nice views of the garden. The budget king room had comfy beds. The location is nice and unbeatable, just next door to a castle, central Cheltenham and the shopping centre.

The location was very convenient, being right next to the Alice Guest House and the train station. There was an excellent gallery nearby. The king room I stayed in was perfect and overlooked a very pretty garden.

The location of the guest house was comfortable and convenient, with shops, bars, restaurants, and a church nearby. It was just a short walk to a bridge and the back of the brewery, which was really handy. We also found a great restaurant, Ginger and Garlic, which was located relatively near the guest house. We had a lovely lunch/dinner there.

The service was good during all my good stay. The room was neat and individual, with with the back garden, separate shared bathrooms, as for instance. The hotel had a cute location a minute walk from Gas Green Baptist Church.

I loved the queen room with the back garden and tea making facilities. Having a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and bath sheets was a bonus. The location was nice and unbeatable near the Tesco supermarket, walk from a train station.

Pleasantly surprised by the Guest House which was diagonally off the main road. First impressions of the road were not good.

The hotel's location was perfect, as it was very close to the university campus we were visiting, and the staff provided excellent service.

LOcation is great- walking distance from station but also from town. Rooms were lovely, also very nice garden.

Breakfast didn't offer anything cooked- but it may have said this when we booked and I just didn't realise

This place is a clean and vintage hotel with a great location a bit away from the town center, with breakfast including juice and a Tesco supermarket nearby.

The room was affordable and had a private bathroom.

Alice Guest House is my first choice in Cheltenham. The hotel offers top-quality and quiet accommodations. The food is good, and the service is exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and amiable, always with a smiling face. The location is magnificent and lovely, with a nice view of the garden. It is conveniently situated near the Racecourse and a pub, and just a 5-minute drive from Co-op Food.

Lovely people, very helpful. Room was excellent (A Wooden cabin in the garden) with everything you could want. Warm and clean.
